CASE DESCRIPTION: This is a 40-year-old resident of Mill Valley, California and seen in the San Francisco office a Union Square for a breast reduction. She is 5 feet 5 inches, 148 pounds. She underwent an inverted-T breast reduction at the Marin County Surgery Center. She had 700 grams removed from her right and 600 from her left side. She went from a size F to a size C+. Photos are shown six months after surgery.
