CASE DESCRIPTION: This is a 41 y.o. female who is 57? and weighs 133 lbs and presents for a breast reduction. She underwent an inverted -T breast reduction technique. Her size went from DDD to a size C-cup. The photographs are seen 3 months after her surgery. Her incision still needs to mature.
