CASE DESCRIPTION: This is a 37-year-old, female resident of Greenbrae, California who presented to the Novato office in Marin County for evaluation for breast enhancement. She is 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs 140 pounds. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation with Mentor normal-saline breast implants with a base size of 300 ccs, inflated up to 330 ccs. She has had two children. She had a peri-areolar incision approach with sub-muscular placement of the breast implants. She had a dual-plane approach due to the laxity of her skin. The procedure was performed at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Marin County, California. Her size increased from an A+ to a size C.
