CASE DESCRIPTION: This is a 29-year-old, female resident of Tiburon, California. She presented to the San Francisco office at Union Square for evaluation for breast enhancement. She is 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs 125 pounds. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation using Mentor normal-saline breast implants with a base size of 300 ccs inflated up to 320 ccs on the left and 355 ccs on the right. She went from a size A to a C cup. Her procedure was performed at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Marin County, California. Her surgical approach was through a peri-areolar incision and sub muscular position of the breast implants.
