CASE DESCRIPTION: This is a 24-year-old, female resident of San Francisco, California who presented to the San Francisco office location at Union Square for evaluation for breast augmentation. She is 5 feet 2 inches and weighs 117 pounds. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation using Mentor normal-saline breast implants with a base size of 300 ccs inflated to 340 ccs on her right and 315 ccs on her left side. The approach was sub-muscular placement of the breast implants with a peri-areolar incision. The procedure was performed at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Marin County, California. She went from a size A to C+.
