This is a 40 y.o. female 55? and 129 lbs who had breast augmentation through an areola incision with sub-muscular implant placement. The breast implants are 330 cc smooth round silicone implants. She is seen 5 months after surgery. Her incision is well healed. Note the barrel chest and how the implants improve the appearance and balance. Also observe the low position of the nipples and how the implant improved the overall breast asthetics. Her cup size went from 36A+ to 36C+.
