This is a 70 year old male 6’0″ 170 pounds who underwent free nipple double mastectomy for gynecomastia. Due to his age, his skin has very little elasticity and would not contract with standard gynecomastia surgery. The patient is seen 3 months after surgery and has started the scar therapy which he is wearing in the photos.
