Case #0019

This is a 41 y.o. female 56? and 145 lbs who had a duel-plane breast augmentation through an areola incision with sub-muscular implant placement. The breast implants are 400 cc smooth round silicone implants. She is seen 10 months after surgery. Her incision is well healed. Note that the breast shows laxity of the breast tissue with the nipples falling slightly. The implant fills-up the volume and balances the breast without a lift. Her cup size went from 32B to 32D.
