This is a 22 y.o. female 55? and 118 lbs who had breast augmentation through an areola incision with sub-muscular implant placement. The breast implants are 450 cc smooth round silicone implants. She is seen 7 months after surgery. Her incision is well healed. Note the nice expansion of the skin and rounding below the nipple area. Her cup size went from 32A+ to 32D.
