CASE DESCRIPTION: This is a 28-year-old resident of San Francisco who presented to the San Francisco office at Union Square for an external rhinoplasty, or nose reshaping. Her primary complaints were the fullness of her nasal dorsum, the roundness and the down-turned tip. She underwent nose reshaping with hump reduction and nasal tip refinement. Her surgery was performed at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Marin County, California. Note the nice, improve profile and thinness of her nose and the nice, proportioned tip with her face. These photographs were taken approximately one year after surgery.
