CASE DESCRIPTION: This is a 55-year-old, male resident of Napa, California who presented to the Novato office in Marin County, California for evaluation for facial rejuvenation. His complaint with his nose was the overall size of his nose and the lack of nasal tip definition. He underwent an external rhinoplasty procedure with the open nasal approach. In addition, he underwent a facelift, upper and lower eyelid surgery and fat injections to his cheeks. He is seen nine months after surgery. Note the natural appearance of his face and the overall improved balance of his facial features.
