CASE DESCRIPTION: This is a 25-year-old resident of Santa Rosa, California who presented to the Novato office in Marin County for an evaluation for a rhinoplasty. Her primary complaints were an enlarged nasal hump and a broad nasal tip. She underwent nasal reshaping with hump reduction and tip refinement. Her surgery was performed at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Marin County, California. The photographs are shown one year postop.
