CASE DESCRIPTION: Walnut Creek, California – A 45-year-old mother of two, resident of Sonoma, California who presents to the Marin county office for breast revision surgery. She underwent primary breast augmentation approximately 12 years ago with 300cc normal saline implants. Her concern is the down turning of the nipples and the laxity of the breast tissue. She desires to have an increase in size with a periareolar breast lift. She does not desire the “lollypop” or vertical breast lift due to the additional incisions. She underwent removal of the 300cc normal saline implants and replacement with 360cc Mentor silicone breast implants. The breast implants were placed in the sub-muscular position. Her photographs are seen approximately six months after surgery. Her surgery was performed at Dr. Delgado’s private surgical facility, Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Novato, Marin County, California.
