CASE DESCRIPTION: San Jose, California A 35-year-old San Francisco resident who presents to the San Francisco office for evaluation for breast revision surgery. She desires to change her implants from the normal saline 270cc implants to 360cc silicone implants. Her procedure was performed through a periareolar incision with sub-muscular placement of the silicone implants. Her surgery was performed at Dr. Delgados private surgical facility Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Novato, Marin County, California. Note that her breasts show more fullness in all dimensions
