This is a 40 y.o. female 56? and 127 lbs had a breast augmentation through an infra-mammary fold incision with sub-muscular implant placement. The breast implants are 400 ccs smooth silicone gummy bear implants. The breast has skin laxity but the nipple position has forward placement and not pointing downward. Therefore, a breast lift is not required unless she wanted the entire breast mound higher. Her result has a nice balanced and natural look. She is seen 6 months after surgery. Her incision which is not seen is well healed. Her cup size went from 32B+ to 32D.
