CASE DESCRIPTION: San Francisco, California This is a 34-year-old, female resident of San Rafael, California who presented to the Novato office in Marin County for evaluation for revisional breast surgery. She underwent breast augmentation using 300 cc, normal-saline breast implants and developed a slow leak on her right side. Note on the right side the lack of fullness in the upper pole. The same size implants were replaced. She had 390 cc, Mentor normal-saline breast implants inflated to 450 cc on the right side and 460 cc on her left. Her procedure was performed at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Marin County, California. Note the upper pole fullness being reestablished.
