CASE DESCRIPTION: This is a 38-year-old resident of San Francisco, California bay area who presented to the San Francisco office at Union Square for evaluation for a Mommy Makeover. She is a mother of three children and she is 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs 130 pounds. She underwent breast augmentation using Mentor 330 cc, normal-saline breast implants with a full abdominoplasty, or tummy tuck.
