CASE DESCRIPTION: This is a 29-year-old resident of Tiburon, California who presented to the Novato bay area office location in Marin County for evaluation for a Mommy Makeover. She is the mother of five children. She is 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs 133 pounds. She has had previous normal-saline breast implants five years ago. She had C-section scars as well. She underwent a full tummy tuck with replacement with Mentor 500 cc, silicone gel breast implants and liposuction of her flanks. Her surgery was performed at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Marin County, California.
