This is a 28-year-old, female resident of Sonoma County, California who presented to the Novato office in Marin County for evaluation of body contouring. She is 5 feet 4 inches and weighs 130 pounds. She underwent ultrasonic liposuction of the abdomen, flanks and back at the Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Marin County, California. She had 2500 cc of fat extracted from these areas. Note the ability to reduce the creases in the flank region with aggressive ultrasonic liposuction and release of the skin crease. The photographs are seen approximately one year after surgery and she dropped one size in her clothing.
