This is a 45 y.o. female who is 5 4 and weighs 155 lbs and presents with lipodystrophy of the flanks and back. She underwent Power-Assisted Liposuction (PAL) of these areas, and post-operative photos are seen 6 months after surgery. Note how we were able to eradicate the back fold.
