This 25-year-old man is 511 and 165lbs. He suffers from gynecomastia, likely due to moderate cannabis use in the past. He underwent glandular excision and suction-assisted lipectomy of the chest, from which I extracted 200cc of fat from each side, along with 11 grams of glandular tissues from the right and 23 grams from the left. His goal was to remove tissue and reduce tenderness.
