This 34-year-old man is 59 and 176lbs. He suffers from adolescent gynecomastia. He underwent glandular excision and suction-assisted lipectomyof the chest. I removed a total of 400cc of fat bilaterally, as well as 20 grams of glandular tissue from the right and 31 grams from the left side.
